Founded in 2010, Steve and Gillian, living in rural East Yorkshire, were looking for a quicker way to produce healthy and authentic curry dishes. ‘We found a way to batch-blend our delicious spice combinations and re-create the UK’s most favourite curry dishes. Our mission is to help people create consistently tasty curries and Indian-inspired food at home using our perfectly balanced spice blends. Our delicious curry kits provide you with a clever and quick cooking method.’

I first came across the Twisted Curry Co at a market. What a find it turned out to be. Spice mixes for all my favourite dishes and an introduction to new ones.
