Ceylon Curry – A Curry of Heritage
Ceylon Curry is a favourite among curry fans. Ceylon is the historic name for Sri Lanka, the beautiful Island in the Indian Ocean. Sri Lanka has one of the finest cuisines in the world. The Ceylon Curry is a favourite Sri Lankan dish, and can also refer to a ‘family’ of curry dishes which have their own recipes and spice combinations. As with all curries, you will need to gather your fresh ingredients such as vegetables and meat. These might include coconut, lime and our very special spice mix.
